SFG Executive AI Affiliate Programme Terms

Effective 24 August 2026

These terms govern participation in the private SFG Executive AI Affiliate Programme. By applying, accepting a referral link or promoting an eligible SFG offer, a promoter agrees to these terms and SFG's published privacy and website terms.

1. Approval and relationship

Participation is by application and written approval. SFG may accept, reject, suspend or end participation at its discretion. Promoters act as independent contractors and have no authority to bind SFG, quote on its behalf, make commitments or represent themselves as employees, agents, directors or partners of SFG.

2. Clear affiliate disclosure

Every endorsement or promotional placement must clearly and conspicuously disclose the promoter's financial relationship with SFG close to the recommendation or link. Suitable plain-language wording includes: "I may earn a commission if you purchase through this link." A platform label or a disclosure hidden in a profile, footer, hashtag group or expanded text is not sufficient by itself.

3. Accurate, people-focused promotion

Promoters must use current approved claims and materials, describe their genuine experience, and present AI as the accelerator rather than the engine. Promoters must not promise guaranteed business results, savings, income, regulatory compliance or outcomes that SFG has not expressly approved in writing.

4. Prohibited activity

  • Misleading, false, unlawful, discriminatory or reputation-damaging promotion.
  • Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, deceptive redirects, cookie stuffing or forced clicks.
  • Bidding on SFG names, marks or confusing variants in paid search without written approval.
  • Offering unauthorised discounts, rebates, incentives, reviews or testimonials.
  • Registering domains, social accounts or advertising that implies ownership of or official authority from SFG.
  • Using confidential information, personal data or SFG intellectual property outside approved materials.

5. Eligible commissions

Unless a campaign states otherwise, approved eligible Stripe products earn 10% of the first collected charge. The SFG Fractional Executive AI Partner and Fractional Executive Presence offers earn 10% of the first three collected charges. The SFG Executive AI Coach programme and active-certification products do not earn affiliate commission.

The US$290 Calendly assessment is excluded from automated affiliate commission until SFG publishes a trackable checkout path or confirms a commission manually in writing.

6. Attribution, validation and reversals

First-click attribution applies for 90 days using the promoter's authorised referral link. A commission is earned only after SFG receives and validates the customer payment. Duplicate, self-referred, fraudulent, cancelled, disputed, refunded or charged-back transactions are ineligible and may be reversed. SFG's tracking records determine attribution unless clear contrary evidence is accepted by SFG.

7. Payouts and tax information

Approved commissions are paid monthly on Net-30 terms when the payable balance is at least US$50, using an enabled payout method. Promoters are responsible for accurate payout and tax details and for their own tax, reporting, licensing and legal obligations. SFG may hold payment while identity, tax, fraud or compliance checks remain incomplete.

8. Brand and intellectual property

SFG grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive permission to use approved programme materials solely for authorised promotion. SFG owns its brands, materials and CBA Framework. Promoters must stop using them promptly when approval ends and must not modify logos or create derivative claims without written consent.

9. Privacy and responsible handling

Promoters must comply with applicable privacy, advertising and anti-spam requirements. Customer data shown in the portal may be masked and may only be used for the programme's legitimate purpose. It must not be copied, enriched, sold, shared or used for unrelated outreach.

10. Changes and termination

SFG may change campaign eligibility, commission rates or these terms prospectively by giving reasonable notice through the promoter portal or registered email. Either party may end participation. Accrued valid commissions remain subject to validation, reversals, minimum payout requirements and these terms.

11. Questions

Programme questions and approval requests should be sent to adrian.r@sfgtechsolutions.com.

This operational baseline should be reviewed by qualified US legal and tax advisers before the programme expands beyond the controlled pilot.
